DrTurn · WhatsApp appointment booking for doctors' clinics

DrTurn lets patients book appointments with an independent doctor or clinic on WhatsApp. The clinic you book with decides why and how your details are used (the data controller). DrTurn stores and processes them for that clinic, only to run its bookings. Each clinic's own policy, with its name and contact details, is at the privacy link the clinic gives you (for example on its QR poster).

What we collect

When you book on WhatsApp we store the patient's name, the patient's mobile number, the WhatsApp number used to book, your preferred language, and the appointment details (date, time or token number, and status).

Why

Only to manage appointments at the clinic you chose: confirming bookings, sending reminders and queue updates, and letting the doctor and authorised clinic staff see visit history. We do not sell or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Appointment records are kept while the clinic uses the service, so the doctor can see visit history. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time (below).

Who can see it

The doctor and authorised staff of the clinic you booked with. Messages are delivered through the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta.

Your choices and deletion

You can cancel an appointment from WhatsApp at any time. To have your data deleted, see data deletion.
