Tokens and appointments for clinics, on WhatsApp.
Patients scan a QR code at the clinic, send “Hi”, and take a token or book a time, in English or Telugu. The clinic sees a live queue. Nothing to install.
How it works
- The clinic puts a DrTurn QR code on the wall or the desk.
- The patient scans it and chats on WhatsApp. They choose a token for today, or a time slot for another day.
- They get a confirmation and a live estimate, and a message when their turn is near.
- The receptionist calls the next patient from a simple screen. A waiting-room display shows who is being served.
What the clinic gets
Token queue
One token sequence per day, with live waiting estimates and “your turn is near” messages.
Time slots
Booking for later days, by session, with limits so a clinic is never overbooked.
Reception screen
Call next, skip, walk-ins, running late, pause. Works on any phone or computer.
Waiting-room display
A TV or tablet shows the current token and the next few. It never shows patient names.
English and Telugu
Patients chat in their own language.
Daily report
Bookings, patients seen, no-shows, busiest hour and average waiting time.
Privacy
DrTurn only handles what booking needs: name, mobile number and appointment details. It is not used for medical advice and does not store medical records. Patients can ask for their data to be deleted at any time. Read the privacy notice and the data deletion instructions.
